Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. This information is required to provide you access to the Service.
Billing Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, bank account details, or other sensitive payment information on our servers. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and session duration. This data helps us improve the Service.
Client Profile Data: When you use the Client Profile Builder, Condition Lookup, or Medication Lookup features, you may enter health-related information about your insurance clients. This data is used solely to generate carrier recommendations during your active session. We do not permanently store, sell, or share client health profile data entered into these tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process your subscription payments through Stripe
- Send you account-related communications (billing confirmations, service updates, security alerts)
- Respond to your support requests
- Analyze usage patterns to improve features and user experience

- Service Providers: We use third-party services to operate the platform, including Stripe (payments), Base44 (application hosting), and Cloudflare (DNS and security). These providers only access information necessary to perform their services.
