• Guarantee acceptance, approval, or issuance of any insurance policy
• Replace the need to verify current carrier underwriting guidelines
• Serve as an official source of carrier underwriting criteria
• Provide insurance advice, legal advice, or medical advice

Accuracy of Information

The carrier underwriting data in ClarityUW is compiled from publicly available carrier guidelines, underwriting cheat sheets, and industry resources. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy and currency, carrier underwriting rules change frequently and without notice.

We do not guarantee that information in ClarityUW reflects the most current carrier guidelines at any given time. Agents must always verify underwriting requirements directly with the carrier, their general agency, or their upline before submitting any application.

No Guarantee of Results

A carrier appearing as a "match" or "accept" in ClarityUW does not guarantee that the carrier will approve a specific applicant. Actual underwriting decisions depend on many factors beyond the scope of this tool, including but not limited to:

• MIB (Medical Information Bureau) records
• Prescription drug history (Rx checks)
• Motor vehicle records
• Full application disclosures
• Carrier-specific underwriting judgment

Use of ClarityUW is at your own professional risk and judgment.
